Stacking the Shelves (#17): The Most Recent Edition

shelf stackingMeme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews where I post all the bookish things I’ve recieved/purchased either physical or e-book.

It’s been a while since I’ve last done a book haul for you guys. I’m trying to get back into the swing of things here on my blog, but here’s this weeks!

I ordered these 12 books on Book Outlet for $50! Plus I got $3 or so back on Ebates!!!!! :D This was an AMAZING deal! PLUS! Out of Play by Nyrae Dawn and Jolene Perry is signed!!! (signed only be Jolene Perry)!!!!!

  • The Farm by Emily McKay: I’m beyond excited about this one! I’ve had my eye on this series for some time now. The entire concept behind this trilogy sounds freaking amazing. Not only because this is about vampires- one of my all time favorite things to read about- but the fact that these vampires/or people are basically kept like a farm! It sounds freaking INTERESTING!
  • Unremembered by Jessica Brody: I’ve also had my eye on this trilogy/series for a while now (not sure if it’s a trilogy). I don’t know hardly anything about it. But it does sound interesting!!!
  • Entwined by Heather Dixon: OH MY GOSH THE COVER! I have been lusting over this cover for soooo long! I will admit it was a cover buy, but the synopsis is amazing! I LOVE my retellings!!! I’m not familiar with this fairy tale, but I’m excited nonetheless!
  • Altered by Gennifer Albin: I LOVED Crewel when I read it earlier this year. I’ve been dying to get my hands on it for MONTHS now! I remember ordering Crewel on Book Outlet as well, so I wanted to wait until it was there!
  • Mystic City by Theo Lawrence: I’ve had my eye on this trilogy for so long now! The covers are stinking beautiful. However, I’m not sure what it’s about or remember…
  • This Song Will Save Your Life by Leila Sales: I love contemporary, and I’ve been hearing so many good things about this book! I don’t think I’ve heard a single bad thing about this! Can’t wait to read it!
  • Out of Play by Nyrae Dawn and Jolene Perry: It’s new adult… I’m currently in a new adult mood (even though I’m completely ignoring it by reading other things). But ever since Beautiful Disaster, I need all the NA books I can get!
  • While it Lasts by Abbi Glines: Same goes with what I said about Out of Play. I’ve heard fantastic things about Abbi Glines. Haven’t read a single book by her yet. I own the first book in this series as well as The Vincent Boys.
  • Antigoddess by Kendare Blake: I own her Anna Dressed in Blood duology, but OF COURSE, haven’t read it. It’s about mythology. I LOVE my mythology. It’s a perfect match.
  • Of Triton by Anna Banks: I LOVED OF POSEIDON! COMPLETELY OBSESSED! ANYTHING with retellings/mythology, you have my vote to read! CANNOT wait to continue!
  • A Beautiful Dark by Jocelyn Davies: I’m pretty sure this is about vampires, but I’m excited nonetheless!
  • Vortex by Julie Cross: I enjoyed Tempest when I read it a couple months ago. I didn’t want to spend the full price or what Amazon offers.. I figured Book Outlet would have it. Since I made a pretty big order, I decided why the heck not! I am excited to see what happens next though!

  1. I loved This Song so much! It’s such a great read and I hope you like it. Antigoddess sounds good too, mainly because of the mythology aspect. :D

  2. Antigoddess, This Song will Save your Life and Altered are three books that I want to read ASAP. Been hearing a lot of good things about them particularly Anti-Goddess and This Song will Save your life. Some bloggy friends actually cried while reading the latter. Hmmmn… Want to experience it for myself.

    Have fun reading!

    • It is addicting! Thankfully for the most part I completely ignore coupons and emails from them.. Because if I even click on one, I’m tempted to open it up and start throwing things into my basket!
